Terms of sale

An order placed on the website is an offer to purchase. It becomes effective once SiWAVE Brasil confirms it in writing (e-mail or WhatsApp), stating the delivery time. If we cannot confirm the order, any amount paid is refunded in full.

Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and apply to orders placed on the website on the date of purchase. Payment by Pix (Brazilian instant payment), bank transfer (TED) or cash receives a 5% discount. By credit card, the amount can be split into up to 6 instalments without interest. Online payments are processed by Mercado Pago; SiWAVE Brasil does not store card data.

Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 weeks after the order is confirmed; the exact date is given in the confirmation. Machines in stock in Florianópolis are delivered faster. Delivery, installation and training included in Greater Florianópolis. For other regions, freight and travel are quoted separately.

The SiWAVE Multi BASIC and Multi PLUS platforms have a 2-year (24-month) warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery, which includes the statutory warranty under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code); accessories have the statutory 90-day warranty. The warranty does not cover improper use, drops, transport arranged by the customer or unauthorised repairs. The technical service conditions are stated in the order confirmation.

For purchases made outside a physical store, you may withdraw from the order within 7 days of receipt, under art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, with a full refund of the amounts paid. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal request immediately, through the same channel; for card payments, we ask the card operator for the reversal immediately.
