When you place an order or contact us, we collect the data you provide: name, CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian individual or company taxpayer number), e-mail, phone number, delivery address and type of establishment. Payment data is processed by Mercado Pago and is not kept by SiWAVE Brasil.

To process and deliver your order, issue the invoice (nota fiscal), provide support and, only if you authorise it, send you SiWAVE news. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (art. 7, V, of the LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law) and your consent for communications.

With Mercado Pago (payment), the carrier (delivery) and the services that host the website and send e-mails. We do not sell your data.

The website stores the items of your order and your cookie choice in your browser. With your consent (banner on your first visit), we use Google Analytics for usage statistics, with anonymised IP addresses and no personalised advertising. You can decline in the banner; without consent, no statistics cookie is set.
