What we sell
SiWAVE Multi BASIC and Multi PLUS alternating sinusoidal oscillation platforms (fitness and well-being equipment manufactured by Tepro Apparatus GbR, Germany) and accessories: Gangway support bars and exercise mat. The essential characteristics, technical data and what is included with each product are listed under Products and prices.
Prices and payment
- Prices in Brazilian reais (BRL), taxes included, valid for orders placed on the website on the date of purchase.
- Pix (Brazilian instant payment), bank transfer (TED) or cash: 5% discount on the list price.
- Credit card: single payment or up to 6x interest-free, at the list price.
- Online payments are processed by Mercado Pago; SiWAVE Brasil does not store card data.
- Freight and installation: Delivery, installation and training included in Greater Florianópolis. For other regions, freight and travel are quoted separately. The freight cost, if any, is stated before the order is confirmed.
Order, confirmation and delivery
- An order placed on the website is an offer to purchase and becomes effective once SiWAVE Brasil confirms it in writing, stating the delivery time.
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 weeks after the order is confirmed; the exact date is given in the confirmation. Machines in stock in Florianópolis are delivered faster.
- If we cannot confirm the order, any amount paid is refunded in full using the same payment method.
Right of withdrawal (7 days)
Under art. 49 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor, you may withdraw from a purchase made on the website within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To do so:
- Send an e-mail to info@siwave.com.br or a WhatsApp message to (48) 99606-3769 with the order number, your name and the sentence “I want to exercise my right of withdrawal”.
- We confirm receipt of your withdrawal request immediately, through the same channel.
- Keep the product in its original packaging, without use beyond what is necessary to assess it.
- We arrange the collection of the product; return costs are borne by us.
- We refund all amounts paid, including freight, using the same payment method, within 10 business days of receiving the product. For card payments, we ask the card operator for the reversal immediately, and the amount is either not charged or is credited back on your statement.
Template message: “I, [name], CPF/CNPJ [number], wish to exercise the right of withdrawal for order [SW-0000-0000], received on [date]. I request a refund of the amounts paid.”
Warranty and service
The SiWAVE Multi BASIC and Multi PLUS platforms have a 2-year warranty (24 months) against manufacturing defects, counted from delivery, which includes the statutory warranty under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Accessories have the statutory 90-day warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, drops, transport arranged by the customer or unauthorised repairs.
